SENIOR PERFORMANCE MANAGER

As the Head of Growth, you will lead the development and execution of growth strategies for our Platform – Digital Agency, Operations and Distribution as well as help scale Another Community’s own brands.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Performance Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts in the fashion industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a specific focus on performance-driven strategies in the fashion sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy tailored to the fashion industry, encompassing channels such as, PPC, social media, email marketing.

  • Continuously analyze campaign performance to optimize for ROI. Utilize advanced analytics tools to track, report, and improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Efficiently manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring maximum return on investment and aligning spending with strategic goals.

  • Lead and develop a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and fashion, applying innovative approaches to stay ahead of the competition.

  • Work closely with other departments, including creative, merchandising, and sales, to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on the fashion industry.

  • Expertise in using digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Proven experience in leading and motivating a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Deep understanding of the fashion industry, including current trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape.

  • Ability to think creatively and innovate in strategy and tactics to achieve outstanding results in a competitive market.

  • Proficiency in various digital marketing platforms and tools, including PPC, social media advertising, email marketing platforms, and CRM software.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and strategies effectively to a range of stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field is a plus.

  • Previous experience working with fashion brands or in a fashion-focused agency is highly desirable.

  • Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous, particularly in a global market context.
