Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as an Account Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a deep understanding of Beauty and Luxury Fashion, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

    • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned luxury fashion and lifestyle brand clients.

    • Understand client goals, objectives, and expectations to deliver tailored solutions.

    • Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.

    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.

    • Oversee and optimise digital marketing budgets for assigned clients.

    • Provide strategic recommendations for budget allocation to maximise ROI.

    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the flawless execution of digital marketing campaigns.

    • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments as needed.

    • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key client stakeholders.

    • Anticipate client needs and proactively address challenges.

    • Provide guidance on e-commerce strategies to enhance the client's online shopping experience.

    • Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

    • Generate regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics.

    • Conduct analysis to derive insights and make recommendations for optimization

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge and experience in the fashion industry, including an understanding of fashion trends, branding, and consumer behavior.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and build rapport with clients.

  • Proficiency in data analysis to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize marketing strategies.

  • Solid organizational and project management skills to ensure seamless coordination of tasks and timelines.

  • Prior experience in client management or business development roles within the fashion sector is highly desirable. 

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
